At Holland Hill, there are NO initiation or sign up fees. You can join for a day, a week, a month or a year!
Day passes at $15 include use of gym and unlimited classes.
Monthly unlimited memberships start as low as $55/month

BETTER POSTURE/BETTER LIFE!
on Fridays at 8:30am starting September 26!
This class is open to all levels and abilities and focuses on posture, alignment, core strength and mobility. It is a workout so come dressed to move and laugh with this outstanding instructor. His story alone will motivate you to move!
Free for members as all classes are included in membership.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 6am-7pm (unsupervised from Noon-3:30),
Fri-Sat 6am-Noon, Sunday closed
