6:00pm Rock Yoga (Moderate Flow)

6:30am Bootcamp-Moultonborough Central School if sunny/HHS if rainy

8:30am-9:45am Moderate Yoga

10:30am Beginner Toning/Yoga

 

THURSDAY

8:00am-8:30am Strength Training

8:30am ZUMBA and Toning

5:30pm Hour of Strength and Core

 

FRIDAY

7:30am Group Hike (different location each week-call ahead)

8:30am Long Hold Yoga (90 minutes)

10:30am Beginner Toning/Yoga

 

SATURDAY

6:30am Bootcamp-Sandwich Town Center if sunny/HHS if rainy

8:00am Hour of Strength and Toning

9:00am Gentle Yoga
